It&amp;#39;s like hurricane insurance: people are most receptive to &amp;quot;you shoulda bought some&amp;quot; after the hurricane, when they should have listened and acted after years of calm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The answer to Cato&amp;#39;s dilemma, in my opinion, is in the time factor. The lessons of &amp;#39;08 won&amp;#39;t be relevant until the next peak.
